Pancit Bihon Filipino style, also known as Pancit
Guisado, is a beloved Pinoy noodle dish that’s a staple in many
celebrations. It consists of “Bihon” or rice noodles, which are
stir-fried with a mix of meat like pork and chicken, and a variety
of vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, and sometimes green beans.
The dish is seasoned with soy sauce, garlic, onions, and sometimes
patis (fish sauce) for a savory taste, and it’s often garnished with
slices of lemon or calamansi to add a citrusy zing. It’s commonly
served during birthdays and other special occasions as the long
noodles are believed to symbolize long life and prosperity
